This is a one-year renewable contract with a vision to convert to permanent staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- assist to update signatory record and banking information on system
- update status data on banking systems
- help with scanning, archiving and index filing on corporate client accounts
- prepare daily register, report and reconciliation
- prepare audit report for customers, arrange debit charges and dispatch process
Key Skills:
- 1 - 2 years experience in operations or teller/branch officer in banks (candidates with internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- good team player
- positive work attitude
- good spoken Cantonese and English
- Ability to read and write Chinese
- pleasant demeanour
- good communication skills
