Corporate Account Officer

Role Overview: This leading regional bank is seeking for several stable and responsible incumbents to join their team. Candidates with good banking operations knowledge and language skills in Cantonese and English are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data maintenance on core banking systems and respective systems
• Assist in daily register, report and reconciliation on regular basis
• Assist in signature scanning and indexing on signature verification system, document scanning and archival process
• Retrieve signature card & banking document from security room/system, ensure actions comply with policies, methodologies, procedures and standards
• Prepare bank reference letter/audit confirmation report for customers by retrieving the relevant information from respective data base and relevant supporting units
• Arrange debit charges and dispatch process, document scanning and filling

Key Skills:

• Minimum higher diploma with 1-4 years experience in operations field in banking sector
• Proficient in English and Cantonese with good communication skills
• Good team player be mature with good communications and interpersonal skills and problems solving skills
• Be diligent, hardworking and proactive
• Able to work independently and meeting UAT/project skills
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
