You will act as the first point of contact between Operations and Business Units, managing several teams in ensuring daily high quality and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers
• Managing escalated client queries and issues from Business
• Responsible for identify any control gaps and put in place corresponding controls to mitigate operational risks
• Monitoring the daily processing and ensure operational procedures are being strictly followed
• Ensure all the policy and procedures are compliance to regulatory requirements
• Taking the lead to drive any enhancements to automate or streamline current workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of operations experience in large Financial Institutions at managerial level
• A thorough understanding and in-depth product knowledge of all Global Markets asset classes
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
