Responsibilities:
- Able to manage and face off with Front office on day-to-day queries including booking and control, risk P&L, regulatory, audit / system queries.
- A SME to support Equity Financing and Structuring desk by performing daily BAU booking in various systems, rec and control, ensuring good front-to-back process from booking to settlement to represent correct risk and compliant to regulatory report/compliance/audit requirement, and facilitating new client account opening.
- To involve in F2B transformation in process/control/system integration into FICC.
- To support Wealth Management business’s equity derivatives products in Equities infrastructure including daily BAU, reconciliation investigation and resolution, adhoc queries relating to Risk&PnL and regulatory reporting issues.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders in various book and/or system& process migration onto new FIC platform from Equities platform.
- To involve in NTA review and discussion on operations feasibility/readiness assessment to ensure no-fail and compliant to all relevant governance and policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Middle Office (Trade support) experience on Equity, preferably on Equity Derivatives/Corporate Derivatives.
- Excellent market/product knowledge on Equity, front to back operations process & control and operations related audit and regulatory requirement.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
- Good communication skills with experience dealing with Front Office and other internal stakeholders.
- Good knowledge/experience on FIC products (Credit/Rates) is a plus.
