Responsibilities
Investment system and data:
- Responsible for the design and management of the Group investment system and data, working closely with reporting/system/data teams in affiliated asset management company
- Promote usage of current Group investment system by setting up templates for all users and training new users
- Develop internal reporting tools such as PowerBI sites for efficient reporting and portfolio monitoring
- Data vendor negotiation
Data accuracy verification: - Investment reporting: responsible for setting up the quarterly and monthly investment reporting template, taking views from various key stakeholders, and achieve synergy with local insurance units.
- Take on investment projects and provide operations support
Requirements
- Strong investment system and data knowledge and background; Aladdin and PowerBI skills are a plus; Data vendor experience is a plus; investment operations experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build effective relationships and liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior leaders across different specialisms
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy and apply judgement to the results of analysis, all in the context of materiality and understand “the big picture”
- Able to work independently with a proactive mindset in challenging existing process
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibly deal with workloads, priorities, and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and support business units
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
