Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a variety of trading desks covering FICC products
- Responsible for daily processes on trade capture and lifecycle management.
- Proactively follow up on clients inquiry or instructions, ensure smooth and successful bookings and trade confirmations accuracy within the tight timelines or agreed SLA
- Co-ordinate and follow up with counterparties to resolve mismatches/ unmatched trades and fail transactions
- Immediate escalation and alert the front office of any trade/ price discrepancies
- Prepare Trade Confirmations and client’s End of Day trading reports
- Prepare daily Statement of Transactions or ad-hoc reports as required by client
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 4-5 years of trade support or middle office experience
- Hands on FICC/treasury settlement experience is a plus
- Product knowledge on rate, bonds, FX/MM, US treasury, derivatives like TRS/IRS/CCS/CDS
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast paced and articulate, trading floor experience is a plus
