A world-leading insurance company is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join their team and manage a digital transformation programme for their financial system in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Expense Control team and related business stakeholders to understand the business processes
• End-to-end delivery for the project, including UAT tests, post-implementation support and conducting end-user training
• Ensure the local solution will be well compatible and integrated with other Regional and Group solutions
• Supervise and ensure quality deliverable from vendors
• Conduct job shadowing and actualise project benefit

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Information System Management related
• At least 3-5 years of business analysis experiences
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR), Cost Allocation, Planning & Budgeting, Expense Control & Analysis, Procure-to-pay, eSourcing & month-end accounting closing is a must
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Insurance experience is an advantage but not a must
• Less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
