Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle all-rounded secretarial support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, as well as preparation for conferences
• Assist in bank and brokerage accounts opening, bank maintenance, bank payments
• Assist compliance team in KYC and AML
• Manage travel arrangements and expenses claims according to request
• Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
• Coordinate with communication internally as well as externally
• Assist in all-rounded administrative duties as well as ad hoc tasks according to needs
• Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as required
Main Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the administration of financial institutions or investment firms
• At least 1 year experience in bank/brokerage accounts opening and maintenance
• Good communication skills and a capacity for problem solving
• Flexibility in working under pressure
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English
• Demonstrate professionalism and proactive attitude in the workplace
