To cope with their expansion, they have created a new headcount. This role will be focused on Trade support and settlement
Job responsibilities:
· Provide support in fund operations such as reconciliation, trade matching, settlement and valuation issues
· In charge of cash management for various funds, include but not limited to cash payments and reimbursement treatment
· Ensure the daily operations workflows are implemented and executed in an accurate and timely manner
· Prepare and maintain accounts and records of investment projects
· Liaise with external parties, such as banks, brokers, funders and fund administrator/ custodian
· Prepare return analysis and investment reports to the team
· Perform ad hoc tasks in professional & timely manner
Requirement:
• Hedge fund related experience with either an Operations or Fund Accounting background
• Ambitious, detail minded with a strong analytical sense
• Excellent language abilities in spoken and written Cantonese and English
• knowledge of using Python & VBA
