Role Overview: This world's leading bank is seeking for talents to join their team. Candidates with knowledge in credit assessment and operations are highly sought after.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide efficient and high-quality customer service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Execute functions to ensure smooth account operations.
• Assist Relationship Managers in handling referrals from different business parties and problem solving.

Requirements:

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of general banking products and services, as well as sound knowledge of using bank operating systems like Customer Relationship Management System.
• Good understanding of credit assessment and operations, approval process, and security documentations is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in using Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
