Responsibilities include-
• Provide compliance advisory to the corporate banking business
• Update company policies, internal procedures and control accordingly to latest regulatory requirements from HKMA an
• Advise the business on new products from a compliance and regulatory point of view
• Liaise with HKMA/SFC on enquiries, questionnaires, on-site inspection etc
skills & experiences required.
• Bachelor degree holder or above in Law, Accounting, Business or other disciplines
• Minimum of 5+ years compliance experience in corporate banking products. Candidates with experience in private banking/retail/insurance business will also be considered
• Good command in written and spoken English as well as Chinese
• Mature working attitude, self-motivated and a team player
