Your responsibilities include-
- Be in charge of the Compliance function
- Maintain and update the firm's policies and procedures within AML and Compliance for the firm
- Conduct AML monitoring and testing, as well as transaction monitoring overview
- Advise business on AML related queries
- Lead all AML and Compliance related initiatives as well as projects
- Liaise with regulators and related parties
Requirements-
- Minimum 10 years work experience within AML and Compliance function within securities firm/asset management/banks
- Good knowledge of SFC or HKMA regulations
- Very well versed with AMLO ordinance
- Good communication in English and Chinese
