Director-VP Investment Banking Compliance

One of the largest and prestigious banking group in the world is looking for a Director in Investment Banking compliance with key focus on private side compliance advisory and managing the team.

Your daily responsibilities include-

• Advise and support the investment banking business on a wide range of internal and transaction-related compliance matter
• Manage compliance policies, procedure and best practices for the investment banking business
• Handle regulatory and internal investigations/audits and escalate significant or unresolved issues to senior compliance management and the business units when necessary
• Advise the business on new or changes to existing laws, regulations and anticipated areas of regulatory focus

Qualifications:

• Dynamic compliance professional with 12+ years of compliance, legal, audit or other control function experience of an investment bank
• A team leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with people in the front office and support functions
• Detail oriented, motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of relevant industry and regional regulations
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Chinese as well as English
