Headquartered in Hong Kong, a leading financial institution, has a new headcount for an Internal Auditor role! We are open to candidates from the Big 4 and non-financial institution, with solid experiences in SOX and SEC. Their business lines include, investment banking, asset management, insurance brokerage and strategic investment. Candidate will have a wide exposure to different business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including, risk management and control management over operation's effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance
- Obtain, analyse, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, and etc
- Prepare and present reports to shareholders
- Acts as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity and legality by following regulation
Job Requirements:
- University degree in relevant disciplines
- Candidates with previous exposure in SOX and SEC are preferred
- 3-4 years of experiences working in auditing (open to candidates coming from non-financial institution)
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to work as a proactive and independent team member
