Investor Relations Manager | Travel to Cambodia | 60k

Seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to strengthen communications with its investors, analysts, and business partners, while supporting corporate financing and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the investment community.
• Prepare investor communication materials including financial reports, press releases, investor presentations, and Q&A briefs.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual results announcements, earnings calls, and investor meetings.
• Conduct market and peer analysis to support management’s strategic decision-making and investor messaging.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with finance, strategy, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate financial disclosures.
• Support roadshows, site visits, and corporate events, with regular travel to Cambodia operations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or CFA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research within listed companies or financial institutions.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Khmer is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Cambodia.
