Investor Relations Manager

One of the fast growing HK listed consumer care business is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join their high performing team.

  • Investor relations & board affairs focus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing board affairs, investor relations compliance, and disclosure matters at the Group level
  • Coordinate and manage board-related activities including AGM, EGM, board meetings, and committee meetings
  • Develop meeting materials such as presentations, executive speeches, and Q&A documents
  • Supervise external professional entities in preparing regulatory disclosures, reports, and filings like announcements, interim reports, annual reports, and ESG reports
  • Maintain statutory records, oversee the company's website, and manage administrative duties
  • Provide support for board affairs and internal audit-related initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in board affairs or investor relations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels
  • Strong team player with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages
