Investor Relations – AGM ( up to 65k, HK Listed co, expanding)

Our client, a HK listed company, is locating an IR expert (as their AGM) to join their fast growing team

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive investor and public relations strategy through market research, financial analysis and other tools
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to present the company's story and industry outlook to external stakeholders and work back internally on improvement from voice of investors
• Organize and facilitate analyst meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences
• Organize new investor relationship programs to promote the business model, new businesses, and long-term strategic development of the Group
• Responsible for investor presentations, press releases, fact sheets, etc.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage investor relations during crises or significant corporate events
• Compliance: Ensure all investor communication comply with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Assist in Corporate Finance and fund-raising exercise for the Group and other ad hoc work

Requirements

• Degree holder in economics, finance, accounting, or related disciplines
• A total of 10 years working experience and at least 7 years relevant experience in IR related projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with experiences working in a listed company or security firms
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent), CFA or other professional qualification is preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details are essential
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy meeting different people
• Good command of computer skills in Microsoft office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of verbal and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
