As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to our financial services clients. You will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for financial services clients, including banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.
  • Plan and execute audits in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and financial services.
  • Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in findings and recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of audit experience, with a focus on financial services clients.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
