Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits and compliance reviews across various business processes
• Perform IT audits and risk assurance engagements, evaluating risks associated with IT general controls, data integrity, and overall IT governance
• Review the quality of audit projects and services as well as maintaining efficient audit process and procedures
• Perform periodic annual assessments to prioritize areas of risk and compile detailed internal audit plans accordingly
• Maintain the highest standards of audit quality and ensure thorough documentation throughout the auditing process
• Liaise and work closely with management and auditees to discuss audit findings, resolve differing views, and provide practical recommendations

What you bring:

• A recognised degree in accounting, business administration, finance or relevant discipline
• Qualified audit professional preferably trained in a Big-4 firm
• Membership in a recognised professional body (CPA/CIA/CISA strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience gained from risk advisory, internal audit or accounting within sizable organizations
• Experience in advising on corporate governance structure, establishing policies and procedures and delivering internal training programs
• Experience in conducting IT audits including but not limited to SOX compliance, ITGC audits and IT risk consulting engagements
