We are partnering with a fast paced & dynamic business to search for an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic insights across the organisation. Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Analyse financial performance, variances, and key business drivers.
  • Prepare management reports and provide insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business cases.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide budget management and resource allocation.
  • Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and FP&A tools.
  • Support governance, financial controls, and ad hoc strategic projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) an advantage.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical, modelling, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision‑makers.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
