We are partnering with a leading multinational logistics company to recruit an FP&A Lead for their Hong Kong office. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions. About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Hong Kong business unit. You’ll provide actionable insights, evaluate investment proposals, and partner with senior leadership to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Perform variance analysis, profitability reviews, and capex evaluations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years or above FP&A experience, ideally in logistics or forwarding.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Commercially savvy, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Knowledge of IFRS and modern financial systems a plus.
