FP&A Manager | Business Partnering | MNC | 70k

This senior role combines strong finance business partnering and leadership responsibilities, overseeing the FP&A function in the region and acting as the trusted financial advisor to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team in Hong Kong, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the regional business.
• Act as the primary finance business partner to senior leaders and department heads, providing insightful analysis and financial recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Develop complex financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements within the FP&A scope.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture and building leadership capabilities.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a professional finance qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles within multinational companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position managing FP&A functions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, adept at motivating and developing finance professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling expertise, with a strategic mindset.
