Assistant FP&A Manager | Business Partnering

This role acts as a strategic business partner, working closely with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making, improve financial performance, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand key drivers and provide financial recommendations.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. Prepare financial reports and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the FP&A Manager with projects and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
