Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend identification to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with department heads to align financial objectives with strategic goals.
• Assist in developing long-term financial strategies and business plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, supporting audits and internal controls as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Min 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
