FP&A Manager | Up to 55k

Seeking a qualified FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role will support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.

Our client is a leading and sizeable group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a FP&A manager to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and analyze results to provide insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to drive financial initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Must have commercial experience and an audit background.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with sales teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
