As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business planning.
• Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of financial data.
• Support project evaluations and capital investment decisions with financial modeling and analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Min 1 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting; experience with [specific software or tools, if applicable].
