Financial Analyst | FP&A | FMCG MNC | 31k x 13)

Client is a renowned MNC, gradually expanding in Asia, and now looking for a FP&A specialist to join their fast growing team. They are planning to group their FP&A secotr and this role will report to FP&A Manager and work very closely/business partnering witht the Sales commerical team.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial models to support business decisions on pricing, promotions, and cost optimization.

Reporting & Insights:

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide insights into sales performance, profitability, and cost trends to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to evaluate financial impact and recommend improvements.

Business Partnering & Cost Control:

• Monitor and analyze cost structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to drive financial discipline.
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights on brand profitability, SKU performance, and market trends.

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline obtained from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar Finance & Accounting role with multinational companies,
• Hands on experience on FP&A duties including budget & forecast preparation.
• Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly preferred.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and possess high integrity
