The role is responsible for supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making.

About the Company:
Our client is a leading engineering MNC and they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant FP&A Manager to join their finance team. The role is responsible for supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and variances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to gather and interpret data.
  • Support the development of financial models and scenarios.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Requirement:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Hyperion; skills in PBI are preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capable of working effectively in a team environment with adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with robust financial analysis skills.
