Accountant (FP&A focus, MNC, up to 38k)

Client is a renowned MNC, gradually expanding in Asia, and now looking for a FP&A specialist to join their fast growing team. This role will report to FP&A Manager and work very closely/business partnering witht the Sales commerical team.

Financial Transaction Processing

• Daily operational and accounting duties including Accounts Receivable collection, settlement verification & processing, trade & marketing expenditure accruals & monitoring, perform AR and claims reconciliation, prepare credit notes.
• Maintain client relationship, proactive drive credit reviews, highlight status and exposures, identify & resolve disputes through collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
• Responsible to maintain the fixed assets register and fixed assets count.
• Support in month-end closing, prepare month end journals, reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist in maintenance of master files in systems.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in management reports preparation such as weekly sales tracker.
• Evaluate current product portfolio and NPD with respect to price and cost to ensure profitability of the business.
• Support process and reporting standardization, automation and best practice sharing.

Policy and Compliance

• Ensure all credit control & collection process are in compliance with Company/ Group financial policies.
• Suggest areas of improvement, assist in implementation of new procedures and process to enhance workflow and create efficiencies.

External & Internal Audits and Others

• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain sufficient audit trail, adequate records and supporting document
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for management.
• Support other finance roles if in needed.

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline obtained from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar Finance & Accounting role with multinational companies,
• Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly preferred. Experience in using Navision system & electronic payment system is an added advantage.
