(Senior) FP&A Manager | consumer business

One of the sizable & leading consumer brands is looking for a (Senior) FP&A Manager to join their high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support business initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth within the consumer business segment.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent accounting qualifications are highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the retailing/FMCG/consumer business industry.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial results.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
