Financial Analyst (up to 42k)

This Client is a fast growing conglomerate with excellent reputation and strong presence in the market. It is currently hiring for a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team.

Job Duties:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial planning and operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting detailed analyses of financial data, engaging with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive performance assessments, and developing budgets and forecasts that align with strategic goals.

• Financial Analysis: Prepare analytical review on financial statements and in-depth analysis on financial figures to identify business trends, risk and opportuntities.
• Management Reporting: Handle monthly management reporting and related analysis.
• Budget and Forecast Preparation: Coordinate and prepare detailed budget plans and forecast reports, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Engage with business unit stakeholders to deliver comprehensive monthly performance assessments, develop annual budgets, and refine quarterly forecasts.
• Financial Modelling: Collaborate with business units to design and enhance financial models, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with BUs to provide in-depth analysis and insights based on data to drive business performance.
  
  

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or Data Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in management reporting or FP&A gained from Property Sector or listed company
• CPA qualification / CFA
• Skilled in Excel and knowledgeable in data analytic tools and PowerBI, Macro / VBA. SAP experience a plus.
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
