Our client is a global leader in safety and quality management, they are looking for a FP&A analyst to be responsible for financial planning & analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze business results with various operational performance metrics to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities for management's review
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Support the consolidation APAC financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations, if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Qualified Accountant is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A or similar function.
  • With 1-2 Audit background is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in D365 is a strong plus
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Strong in English will be a plus)
  • Good communication skill, independent, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player
  • Always open minded and eager to learn
