Finance Manager | FP&A focus

One of the top tier HK listed blue chips is looking for a capable Finance Manager to ramp up their FP&A function.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for senior management, emphasizing key insights and recommendations
• Conduct business evaluations, including sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis, to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced profitability and cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to conduct monthly performance reviews, concentrating on financial performance, business efficiency, and KPI assessments.
• Lead the quarterly forecast and annual budget exercises, working closely with business units to formulate key assumptions and parameters.
• Partner with IT and business units to support SAP system implementation and enhancement
• Leverage various data analytics tools like PowerBI to manage extensive datasets for creating financial models and dashboards

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience in financial management, specifically in FP&A / management reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial evaluations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Accounting or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is required
