Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Reporting)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join a leading public services operator. This role offers the chance to be part of an organisation that values its people and is committed to delivering high-performance results. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic focus on transitioning to zero-emission vehicles, supporting their sustainability objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for monthly accounts and variance analysis of actual against historical/budget financial results
  • Co-ordinate with various departments for the submission of monthly information for monthly accounts closing
  • Prepare financial packages for management meetings
  • Responsible for the financial forecast on a monthly basis and 5-year budget plan annually
  • Review and submit regular and adhoc reports to the Government
  • Participate in computerised system enhancement and development
  • Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit and tax consultant for taxation matters

What you bring:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
