Senior Manager–Group FP&A (Need retail/F&B bkgd, 90k)

My Client is looking for a FP&A talent, quick pace, hands on, good busienss partnering skill with group level experience to join their fast growing team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee group level financial planning and analysis activities with a team size of 7, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Assist in the development of rolling forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan, covering revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure, and ensure effective tracking.
• Monitor business performance and collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve Annual targets
• Provide support and insight in group level performance tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Review, enhance, and fine-tune current processes to align with changing business needs and optimize efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and financial regulations.
• Support financial modeling, business cases, and other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership role with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in Retail/FMCG or food industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, capable of handling big data with high accuracy and within tight timelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Prior experience with Oracle and Power BI , etc is an advantage
