FP&A Manager | Luxury retailer

One of the industry leading luxury retailers is looking for a dynamic & energetic FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance teams and business partners to monitor key performance indicators, analyze business performance, and address budget discrepancies.
• Support market leader in organizing budgeting and forecasting processes, including scheduling, meetings, result consolidation, and presentation preparation.
• Conduct variance analysis with explanations on deviations from forecasts/budgets/prior years for senior management review.
• Coordinate with finance/business partners on annual budgeting aspects such as sales assumptions, cost estimates, and pricing strategies.
• Manage monthly sales and margin performance reporting with detailed analysis by market, channel, and product.
• Evaluate potential new store business proposals, develop tools to monitor opportunities, and analyze new store performance against projections.
• Assist retail team in achieving objectives, conduct cost analysis, and collaborate with marketing for campaign tracking.

Requirements:

• University graduate; professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with a collaborative mindset.
