Our Client is a European MNC with over 100 regional offices around the globe. They are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Job Duties:

You will be reporting to the Manager and department head to provide in-depth financial analysis while partnering with business units to share insights and improve business performance.

1. Financial Analysis:

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis findings.

2. Forecasting & Budgeting:

• Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate and comprehensive forecasts of operating costs, including overheads, and other expenses.
• Monitor actual costs against forecasts, analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

3. Business Partnering:

• Act as a finance business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.
• Work closely with operational departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on cost management and financial performance.

4. Business Analytics

• Assist the Head of Controlling in preparing rolling forecasts, monthly latest estimations, and other financial reports.
• Conduct in-depth business analytics to assess the financial impact of various scenarios and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance
• 1-3 years of FP&A experience in MNCs or sizable company preferrably
• Proficient in Excel, SAP or PowerBI is highly preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• A good team player and willing to learn
