Credit Control Officer (AR), Reinsurance
The role is to support Finance Credit Control operations by following up on overdue premiums and claims recoveries, reconciling payments, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with intermediaries and internal teams to address billing and outstanding issues. The role also assists with ad hoc finance tasks as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily credit control operations within Finance Operations
- Follow up with intermediaries by email and phone on overdue premiums and claims recoveries
- Reconcile incoming payments and settlements, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams to address billing issues and outstanding balances
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
Job Qualifications
- Associate Degree or above in business, finance, accounting, or related fields
- At least 2 years of accounting experience; insurance or reinsurance exposure preferred
- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is an advantage
- Able to work independently with strong initiative
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with large data sets and Power BI is a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese
