Company Overview
My client is a stable MNC with a vibrant and collaborative culture. To support their ongoing business growth, they are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their young and dynamic finance team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and account schedules
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare vouchers, maintain ledgers, and ensure proper documentation
  • Work closely with internal departments and external auditors
  • Participate in process improvement and ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in MNC or fast-paced environments
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
