Accountant (AP AR 30-33K with contract bonus, QuarryBay)

We are looking for a accountant, focused on AP and AR to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for daily accounting operations such as AR, AP, invoice handling and monitor payment status
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle bank reconciliation, year-end closing and project summary report
• Prepare AR aging and credit control reports for the business unit to ensure timely collections.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, focused on AP / AR
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible with good, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Excellent in Excel & SAP is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
