Reporting to: Head of Asia

Role Overview

• All‑rounded regional finance role covering Accounting + FP&A
• High‑visibility position supporting a fast‑growing MNC consumer brand
• Dynamic, hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, expansion environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Asia entities (month‑end, year‑end close)
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, intercompany transactions
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks
• Perform monthly variance analysis and management reporting
• Participate in / lead ERP or finance system integration projects
• Support finance integration for new markets or acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory and tax requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers
• Establish and improve internal controls and finance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant finance experience in an MNC consumer environment
• Highly dynamic, energetic, and hands‑on
• Comfortable in a fast‑growth, changing environment
• High proficiency in English & Chinese
