Responsible for handling daily Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions, including invoice processing, billing, payment preparation, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursement claims, and payment vouchers accurately and timely.
  • Prepare invoice billing, follow up on outstanding receivables, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Assist in month-end closing, account reconciliation, and data entry tasks.
  • Support the Finance team in maintaining proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
