About the Company
Our client is a well-established logistics MNC with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the head of the finance department, managing a sizeable team responsible for accounting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Oversee full-spectrum finance functions including month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Lead financial analysis to support business decisions, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Serve as a business partner to operations and commercial teams, providing insights to drive growth and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with auditors, external advisors, and group headquarters on reporting and governance matters.
• Drive process improvement, system enhancement, and automation within the finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management or department head role.
• Exposure within the logistics industry is a must.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
