Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including daily Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee all finance-related matters and provide regular updates to the Head of Finance and Group Finance Manager in Hong Kong.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and audit standards; coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants on related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to deliver timely financial advice and support, maintaining strong internal controls and smooth business operations.
  • Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on accounting, tax, and audit issues.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is highly preferred
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to the logistics industry
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid expertise in financial reporting and hands-on experience with accounting system implementation
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
