Finance Manager | MNC | New Headcount | 55k

This is a new headcount created to set up and own the entire accounting process and system within the organization. You will operate as a one-man band, bringing your expertise to drive accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end accounting processes and controls
• Set up and manage the accounting system suited to the company’s operational requirements
• Perform full spectrum accounting duties including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and external audits
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies
• Independently handle financial reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, and finance teams of other regions
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize financial operations

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of solid accounting and finance experience, preferably within an MNC environment
• Proven track record of setting up accounting processes and systems from scratch
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP) and tax regulations
• High level of independence and ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
