Finance Manager – Regional Entities Oversight (Hong Kong-Based)

A leading global organization is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple entities across Asia, reporting into the Hong Kong office. This role partners closely with the Regional Finance Director and plays a critical role in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

• Lead daily finance operations for entities across Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to local regulations.
• Optimize use of SAP or similar ERP systems to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Manage annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Tax & Treasury

• Oversee tax compliance and reporting in collaboration with external tax advisors.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies including cash flow planning and liquidity management.
• Support global tax initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate policies.

FP&A and Strategic Support

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Deliver insights on financial performance and key business drivers.
• Build financial models to support both short-term and long-term planning.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across the region.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/ACA required. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance operations, preferably with exposure to regional entities.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation is highly desirable.
• Strong command of SAP S4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
