Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee intercompany consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end intercompany consolidation process for all regional subsidiaries and entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
• Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for regional management and corporate reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to group consolidation.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders for statutory and group audit purposes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline consolidation processes and improve automation and data accuracy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams in the region on intercompany accounting and consolidation best practices.
• Monitor compliance with transfer pricing policies related to intercompany transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in intercompany consolidation and group financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and regional offices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
