Snr Finance Manager - Hedge Fund

This is a global hedge fund. They are looking to expand their headcount and hire a senior finance manager for their corporate accounting team

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform licensed corporation’s accounting duties, such as preparing for month end, cash flow forecast and cash management , coordinate with rest of the group for recharge from affiliate or bill back to the fund
• Handle full set of books and prepare month-end trail balance and closing in particular monthly FRR and required by SFC license Type 1,4, and 9
• Consolidate books for HK, UK, Singapore and other entities
• Perform ad-hoc duties and new banking and system initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience
• Best to have hedge fund experience/ Asset Management Experience
• Best to have multi-offices corporate finance experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory filing (HK, Singapore, UK) would be a plus ie. MAS reporting; FCA for UK reporting
• Will be responsible for monthly closing for each office, plus management (consolidated) reporting.
• Handling of corporate expense processing.
