The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable activity as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues.
• Adhere to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Min 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
