What you'll do:

Develop and manage short-term and long-term HR strategies of Hong Kong business

Optimize the organization and operating model through organization design and refinement, budget management, performance & talent management, workforce planning and compensation.

Provide HR advice to business stakeholders and challenge when necessary, to ensure business strategies can be delivered

Build a people-centric culture and drive employee engagement and retention
-
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding arrangement to foster a smooth integration for new joiners.

Partner with Group CoE to implement group initiatives with local adaptation
-
Prepare and manage people cost budget to ensure spending remain within allocated limits.

Lead office administration team and oversee operation to foster a positive office environment.

Handle HR operation including profile management, HCM data maintenance, HR report preparation, procurement duties of TA-related matters

Requirements
-
Degree holder of a business-related discipline, preferrably in Human Resources
-
8+ years experience in all-round human resources operation, of which 2+ experience in HRBP / TA Manager role

People management experience is a plus
-
Solid experience in partnering with business (including leadership team) and hands-on recruitment is essential.

Team player, result-oriented with a focus to help the business deliver business plan

Strong customer service inclination with good dispute resolution competency
-
Able to manage multiple priorities, and react quickly in fast-paced environment
-
Able to coach and develop team
-
Strong presentation and communication skill

Familiar with PC application, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Proficiency in Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
